You can be a verified customer with any one of the documents, Passport, Australian driver's licence, proof of Age card/photo card. If you're using passport then you will provide your ID card or document for proof of address.

$10000 fortnightly, more documents are required to increase limit.

If reference number wasn't provided during payment. Incorrect recipient details.

Please try this options:

• Try using a different browser to sign in
• Clear your web browser cache, cookies & site data
• Try logging in using a different device
• Try resetting your password and logging again

• Click on 'Account' on right side
• Click on 'Security
• Enter current password and new password
• Click on 'Save changes' button

• Login to your Kemremit account
• Click on 'Account' on right side
• Edit your profile details and save changes

Note: Email address can't be changed. If needed, contact admin via email info@kemremit.com.au

• Go to login and click on 'Forgot your password
• Enter the email linked to your Kemremit account
• Password recovery link will be sent to the email entered
• Follow link and enter new password

You will need to update Kemremit with a 'Proof of Address' document if you moved to a new address
